Privacy Policy for Mobile Applications
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. General Information
We respect the privacy of users of our mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use an app covered by this policy, how that information may be used, and the choices available to you.
Individual applications may have different features. If a particular app uses additional data, permissions, accounts, or third-party services beyond what is described here, we will provide additional disclosures where required.
2. Information We Do Not Directly Request
Unless an individual app clearly states otherwise, our mobile games and utilities do not require you to create an account and do not directly ask you to provide personal information such as your name, postal address, phone number, or email address in order to use ordinary app features.
3. Local App Data
Some apps may store settings, game progress, scores, preferences, or similar information locally on your device. This information is generally used to operate the app and remember your progress or preferences. You can usually remove local app data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
4. Advertising and Google AdMob
Some of our apps use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. Not every app published by us necessarily contains advertising.
When AdMob is used, Google and its advertising technologies may automatically collect, process, and share certain device and usage information for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. Depending on the app, device, region, and Google service configuration, this may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location;
- device, app-set, or advertising identifiers;
- app and ad interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
- diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, crashes, hangs, or energy usage.
Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also be presented with privacy or consent choices relating to personalized or non-personalized advertising.
5. Google Play Services and Other Third Parties
Depending on the application, we may use third-party services such as Google Play services, Google AdMob, analytics providers, hosting providers, or other technical service providers. These services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
You can learn more about Google's privacy practices at Google's Privacy Policy .
6. How Information May Be Used
Information processed through our apps or their service providers may be used to:
- provide, maintain, and operate app features;
- save settings or game progress where applicable;
- display and measure advertisements;
- understand app usage and performance;
- detect fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems;
- improve app stability, functionality, and user experience;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information that you directly provide to us. However, where an app uses third-party SDKs or services, technical and usage data may be transmitted to those providers as necessary for the purposes described above, including advertising, analytics, app functionality, security, and fraud prevention.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the apps we provide. Third-party providers may use their own safeguards. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Unless a specific app states otherwise, we do not maintain a separate user-account database for ordinary game use. Locally stored app data can generally be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
Information processed by third-party providers such as Google may be retained according to their own retention policies, service settings, and legal obligations.
If you have a privacy-related request concerning information controlled by us, contact us using the method listed below. If an app later offers account creation, we will provide any required account-deletion method and additional disclosures for that app.
10. Children's Privacy
The intended audience may differ between applications. Where an application is specifically directed to children or families, additional age-appropriate privacy, advertising, and consent requirements may apply. We do not knowingly request personal contact information from children through ordinary game functionality unless clearly disclosed and legally permitted.
11. International Users
Our applications may be available internationally. Privacy and advertising choices may vary based on your region, applicable law, device settings, and the third-party services used by an individual app.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our applications, technologies, service providers, or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
13. Contact
For privacy questions, requests, or concerns relating to an application covered by this policy, please use our public contact page: Contact Us.
14. Application-Specific Disclosures
Google Play Data Safety declarations are completed separately for each application and may differ depending on the app's features, SDKs, permissions, and data practices. If an individual application provides a separate privacy notice, that notice supplements or replaces the relevant portions of this general policy for that application.
